Here at L4A we pride ourselves on the quality of service we provide to our landlord’s, from market appraisals to landlord payments, we ensure that our qualified staff are able to offer the highest possible standards to our clients.

As a landlord with L4A you will have the choice of two letting options

Let Only

This option includes all of our services up to, and including the letting of your home.  From the initial market appraisal to the check in of the tenants.  The fee for this service will be £349+VAT.  Please see our downloads section for a comprehensive guide to this service, and the let only landlord agreement.

  Full Management
This option includes all of the services included within the let only package, but, after your new tenant has moved into your home, we will continue to look after your investment, including an inventory and condition report, monthly rent collections, regular property inspections, and a full repairs service from our qualified engineers.

The Deposit Protection Service

The fee for this service will attract a letting fee of £299+VAT, and subsequent monthly commission of 10%+VAT of the rent collected by us. Whichever option you decide to undertake, both are done so on a no let no fee basis, meaning that you will have peace of mind that we will be doing everything we can to secure a new, and more importantly suitable tenant for your home at the earliest opportunity.
