As part of L4A’s membership with Endsleigh Insurance, we are pleased to be able to offer tenants and landlord’s alike the opportunity to save money on insurance products.
Welcome to L4A Residential lettings, specialists in finding the properties that you require. Please follow the links on this page to view the list of properties we currently have available to rent. Alternatively, you may download a current list of our properties for you to print and keep.
If you find a property within our list that you wish to view, then please do not hesitate to contact us to arrange an appointment. Should you not find a suitable property within the list please contact us, we shall be happy to add you to our mailing list.
All of our properties are available on an assured short hold basis, with an initial tenancy duration of six or twelve months, and have been extensively checked by our team to ensure as far as possible that they meet the current legislation. All properties will meet the minimum standards for gas and electrical safety, including certification where required, giving you peace of mind that your property is being maintained to the highest possible standards.
Once you have found and viewed a suitable property, if you wish to submit an application form for the property, please follow the link to our downloads page, where you will find the application form most suited to you. When you submit an application form for your property, you will need to pay the relevant application fee(s), the details of which can be found in our downloads section. You will also need to pay the administration charge of £60 upon application.
Subject to your application being successful, you will be contacted by our team to arrange a date to move in to the property. On the move in day, you will be required to pay the first month’s rent, along with the full deposit required. The details of the deposits can be found within the details of each property on the list.
